At present, LED display has been widely used in all walks of life, which has brought a lot of convenience to people's life. Many enterprises will use LED display, and some enterprises still purchase a large number, such as real estate enterprises, cinema lines, etc. Although enterprises have purchased products, many people still don't know how to maintain and use them. Here I share some daily maintenance methods of LED display screen, hoping to help you.
1、 Check the fixity of components inside the LED display screen. If damaged parts are found, they shall be replaced in time, especially the small parts of the steel frame structure; When receiving the early warning of natural disasters such as bad weather, it is necessary to check the stability and safety of each component of the screen. If there are problems, they shall be handled in time to avoid unnecessary losses; Regularly maintain the surface coating of LED display screen and steel structure welding points to prevent corrosion, rust and falling off; The LED display needs regular maintenance, at least twice a year.
2、 Inspection of defective products: the defective products shall be inspected regularly and repaired or replaced in time, usually once every three months.
3、 During the maintenance of LED display screen, sometimes the LED lights need to be cleaned. When cleaning the LED lamp, gently scrub the dust accumulated outside the LED lamp tube with a soft brush. If it is a waterproof box, it can also be cleaned with water. According to the service environment of the LED display screen, we need to clean and maintain it regularly to ensure the stable operation of the whole screen.
4、 The lightning protection facilities of LED display screen shall be checked frequently. Regularly check the of lightning rod and grounding line; After thunder, the anti pipe shall be tested. If it fails, it must be replaced in time; Check frequently when it rains more.
5、 Check the power supply system of the display screen. First, check whether the connection of each line in the distribution box is rusted or loose, and deal with problems in time; For safety, the grounding of the electric box must be normal and checked regularly; The power lines and new signal lines shall also be checked regularly to avoid line breaking or biting; The whole power supply system also needs to be inspected twice a year.
6、 LED control system check. On the LED control system, test its functions one by one according to the preset conditions; All lines and equipment of the screen shall be checked regularly to avoid accidents; Regularly check the reliability of the system, such as once every 7 days.
